Breakers West is a three story condo with two bedroom and two bath apartments. Each unit is individually owned so each has it's own unique style and personality. Breakers West Condo also has it's own private pool that is cooled or warmed to the perfect relaxing temperture for the summer or winter months. On the rooftop is a private sundeck with beach lounger chairs. Each of the units are carpeted and have a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and a private screened in balcony. Assigned parking is available to all Breakers West tennants. Lush landscaping and a tropical atmosphere surround this lovely vacation spot. All units sleep 6 persons, and are non-smoking . No Pets are allowed in any Breakers West unit. Each Condo has Approximately 1,400 square feet of living space.
