General Information

Extended Holiday Stays:

A minimum of three nights stay is required for Christmas and New Years. Please call when booking reservations over major holidays. Depending upon the holiday, we may require a minimum stay of 3-7 days.

Additional Persons:

Waterside Inn rates are based on double occupancy while at Breakers West Condominium rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $20 per person per night charge for additional person. There is no charge for children under 18 years of age.

Pets:

Pets less than 30 pounds and at least 2 years old are permitted in designated cottages .A fee of $15.00 daily or $80.00 per week is charged for each pet. No more than 2 pets allowed in a unit.

Pets are not allowed in the Lodge or Breakers West Units!!

Laundry:

There are coin operated washers and dryers, at Waterside Inn.

Housekeeping Units:

Cottages are housekeeping units with towels exchanged and trash removed daily. For long-term stays a light clean is provided weekly.

Plum.Com:

A complimentary room with facilities to assist with early arrivals or late departures.

Due to Limited Parking:

No boats or trailers permitted on property.

Payment:

Discover, MasterCard, Visa, checks, cash are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no forfeiture of deposit/rent if cancellation is made 7 days before arrival from June 1 to December 20, 14 days before arrival from December 21 to May 31. After these times there is no refund unless all dates can be filled with a substitute rental and full rental proceeds realized. Additionally, there is a $30 handling fee for any cancellation.

Special Events:

Periodically, complimentary social events are conducted on the beach to enhance your vacation enjoyment.

Check in/Check out:

After 3:00 pm and before 11:00 am.

Towels and Linens:

Towels are exchanged daily. Linens are changed once a week. Pool/beach towels are provided

Swimming Pool:

Heated or cooled for your comfort. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are NO lifeguards on duty.

Taxes:

All rentals of six months or less are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 5% Lee County lodging tax.

Deposit Policy:

One night charged at time of booking reservation.

All Units are Non-Smoking

All units at Waterside and Breakers West are non-smoking. Guests who do not comply with this policy are subject to a $100 cleaning charge.

Phones:

All Waterside Inn telephones have data-ports and voice mail. There are private, restricted phones in Breakers West condominiums. There is Wi-Fi on site.

Daily Maid Service:

Lodge guest rooms, efficiencies and the Honeymoon Cottage receive daily maid service. For long-term stay a light clean is provided weekly.

Cable TV

Cable TV with HBO and DVD players in all Waterside Inn units..
